TDD Series Standard Single Screw Extruders

TDD series extruders is equipped with the couplers between motors and gear transmitters to make the machine more compact and lower energy consumption. All the machines are assembled on welded base and special vibration-releasing pads for convenient movement and adjustment. Patented circulating channels system inside barrel elements ensures the direct and efficient cooling. The special heaters could heat up to 550°C for application of LCP. PID temperature control panels automatically control process temperatures and precision could cope for nearly all different technology requirements.
